This lovely cottage belongs to friends of ours and has been owned by the same family for many years. We are managing the rentals for them. It is on Lake Michigan and the private beach is only 30 steps/stairs down. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or watching beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets on the deck overlooking the lake.
It has four bedrooms. One queen size bed with private bath is on lower level with separate entrance. There are three bedrooms on the main level – one queen bed and the rest are twin size. There is one bathroom on the main level. Preferred capacity is 8 people or less. There is a modern kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. The spacious living area has a TV with DVD player. There is a propane fireplace and/or a propane wall furnace for your use on cool mornings. The cottage is accessed by a long driveway off the highway which is shared with neighbors. It is located in the small town of New Era about 30 miles north of Muskegon.
We value this cottage and want to be good neighbors. We only have 5 main rules. No Smoking, No Bonfires, No Pets, No Loud Music and Leave it Clean.
This cottage can be rented June – September and we rent from Saturday to Saturday. The weekly fee is $1,050 for 2 people with $25 per extra person.
